"Refer a Friend" Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Overview 

   This "Refer a Friend" promotion ("Promotion") is offered by WRINKLESS ("the Clinic"). By participating in this Promotion, both the referrer ("Referrer") and the referred friend ("Referred Friend") agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility 

   - The Promotion is open to existing clients of the Clinic who refer a new client.

   - The Referred Friend must be a new client who has not previously received services from the Clinic.

   - The Referred Friend must book and attend a paid appointment for both the Referrer and Referred Friend to qualify for the reward.

3. Referral Reward

   - The Referrer will receive a £20 credit to use on future services at the Clinic for each successful referral.

   - The Referred Friend will also receive a £20 credit to use on their first paid appointment.

   - The £20 credit for both the Referrer and Referred Friend will be applied once the Referred Friend has attended their first paid appointment.

   - The reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Referral Process

   - The Referrer must share the clinic details of the Clinic through word, link, socials.

   - The Referred Friend must mention the Referrer’s name at the time of booking.

   - Only one referral reward will be issued per Referred Friend, and each Referred Friend is only eligible for the £20 credit once.

5. Use of Credit

   - The £20 credit can be used on any services provided by the Clinic.

   - The credit must be used within 24 months of being issued. After this period, any unused credit will expire.

   - The credit cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions.

6. Limitations 

   - The Promotion is unlimited to referrals per Referrer.

   - The Clinic reserves the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice.

   - In case of any fraudulent or suspicious activity, the Clinic reserves the right to withhold the reward or disqualify.

7. General Terms 

  - The Clinic’s standard Terms and Conditions apply to all services booked using the referral credit.

  - The Clinic is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors that may arise during the Promotion.

  - By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data in accordance with the Clinic’s Privacy Policy.

  - The Clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated on the Clinic's website or via email.
