Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Period

• The Festive Gift Voucher Offer is available until 31st December 2025.
• Purchases made after this date will not include bonus treatment credit.

2. Validity

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• The expiry date is stated on the voucher. Expired vouchers cannot be extended or redeemed.

3. Usage

• Vouchers may be redeemed against consultations, skin treatments, and aesthetic treatments at Wrinkless Clinic.
• Vouchers cannot be shared or transferred. 

4. Bonus Credit

• Bonus credit applies once at the time of redemption.
• Bonus credit has no cash value and cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged.

5. Exclusions

• Gift vouchers and bonus credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or refer-a-friend credit.
  

6. Booking & Cancellation

• Appointments redeemed with a voucher follow Wrinkless’ standard booking and cancellation policies.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the relevant amount being deducted from the voucher balance.

7. Non-Refundable

• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.



8. Transferability

• Vouchers may be gifted or transferred to another person.
• Wrinkless Clinic is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.

9. Partial Redemption

• If the treatment total is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance stays valid until expiry.
• If the treatment total is greater, the difference must be paid on the day.

10. Verification

• Wrinkless Clinic reserves the right to verify voucher details at the time of redemption.
